\u00c9change<\/strong>
Le client peut proc\u00e9der \u00e0 un \u00e9change si et seulement si le produit est au m\u00eame prix (en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, il doit rester dans la m\u00eame cat\u00e9gorie et ne pas passer d'une taille adulte \u00e0 une taille enfant, ou vice versa).
Une fois le produit retourn\u00e9 et re\u00e7u par l'entrep\u00f4t, ARNONE proc\u00e9dera \u00e0 l'\u00e9change des articles \u00e0 ses frais.

Remboursements<\/strong>
Les remboursements doivent respecter les conditions de retour.
Les remboursements des produits seront effectu\u00e9s par ARNONE dans un d\u00e9lai maximum de 30 jours apr\u00e8s r\u00e9ception desdits produits. Les remboursements seront effectu\u00e9s selon le m\u00eame mode de paiement choisi par le client au moment de sa commande ou par la remise d'un bon d'achat.<\/p>\n
