Returns, exchanges and refunds<\/h2>\n

You have 30 days to return your items.<\/p>\n

Conditions of returns<\/strong>\u00a0
The costs of returning items for retraction or exchange are the responsibility of the customer.
The products must be returned “new”:\u00a0
> In their original packaging (label always attached to the product)
> Unused products
> Unwashed products<\/p>\n

Exchange<\/strong>
The customer can proceed to an exchange if and only if the product is at the same price (in general it must remain in the same category, and not change from an adult size to a child size – or vice versa).
Once the product has been returned and received by the warehouse, ARNONE will proceed to the exchange of the items at its own expense.

Refunds<\/strong>
Refunds must comply with the return conditions.
Refunds of products will be made by ARNONE within a maximum period of 30 days after receipt by it of said products. Refunds will be made according to the same method of payment chosen by the customer at the time of his order or by the delivery of a purchase voucher.<\/p>\n
